We are seeking an experienced Social Media Manager with at least 2 years of proven experience in managing social media campaigns and brand engagement. In this role, you will be responsible for creating and implementing effective social media strategies to enhance brand awareness, drive user engagement, and generate leads.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies aligned with business goals.
- Create engaging content for social media platforms including LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and others.
- Plan and execute social media campaigns to increase brand awareness and lead generation.
- Monitor social media trends, competitors, and audience insights to optimize content and strategy.
- Collaborate with the design and development teams to create compelling visuals and videos.
- Manage social media calendars and ensure consistent brand messaging.
- Engage with users, respond to queries, and build community relationships.
- Track and analyze social media performance metrics using analytics tools to measure the success of campaigns.
- Stay updated with the latest social media best practices, tools, and trends.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of experience as a Social Media Manager or a similar role.
- Proven track record of successful social media campaigns and brand growth.
- Proficiency in social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, or similar).
- Strong understanding of SEO, social media algorithms, and analytics tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative thinking with a strategic mindset.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with paid social media advertising (Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.).
- Basic graphic design skills (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) are a plus.
- Knowledge of B2B marketing strategies and global audience engagement.
