You will be instrumental in crafting engaging and user-friendly designs for our web and mobile platforms, collaborating with cross-functional teams to bring products to life.
Role Overview:
As a UI/UX Designer, you will create intuitive, visually compelling user interfaces for web and mobile applications. You will collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and other designers to understand user needs and translate them into effective design solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work closely with product managers, developers, and other team members to define design goals and user requirements.
- Design user interfaces that are functional and visually appealing for web and mobile applications.
- Produce wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups to present design concepts.
- Conduct user research, testing, and gather feedback to optimize the user experience.
- Develop and maintain a cohesive design system that ensures consistency across all digital products.
- Iterate designs based on user feedback and usability testing results.
- Stay informed about the latest design trends, tools, and best practices.
- Participate in agile sprint cycles, design reviews, and cross-functional team meetings.
Required Qualifications:
- At least 1 to 2 years of experience as a UI/UX Designer or in a related role.
- A strong portfolio demonstrating user-centered design work, including web and mobile app projects.
- Proficiency with design tools such as Adobe XD, Figma, Sketch, or similar.
- Experience in wireframing, prototyping, and conducting usability tests.
- Solid knowledge of UI design principles, including typography, color theory, and layout.
- Understanding of responsive design and designing for a variety of screen sizes.
- Familiarity with working in Agile development environments.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
