Job Description:
We are looking for a passionate and motivated Associate MERN Stack Developer to join our growing development team. The ideal candidate should have 1–2 years of experience in MERN Stack development and a strong understanding of modern web technologies. You will work closely with senior developers to build, maintain, and optimize scalable web applications.
Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain web applications using MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js.
Build responsive and user-friendly interfaces using React.js.
Develop and integrate RESTful APIs.
Write clean, reusable, and maintainable code.
Debug, test, and optimize applications for maximum performance.
Collaborate with designers, developers, and project managers to deliver high-quality solutions.
Participate in code reviews and follow development best practices.
Stay updated with the latest web development trends and technologies.
Requirements:
1–2 years of hands-on experience with the MERN Stack.
Strong knowledge of JavaScript (ES6+), React.js, Node.js, Express.js, and MongoDB.
Good understanding of HTML5, CSS3, and responsive web design.
Experience with Git/GitHub for version control.
Familiarity with REST APIs and JSON.
Basic understanding of authentication and web security.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Good communication and teamwork abilities.
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
Experience with Next.js or TypeScript is a plus.
Knowledge of Redux, Tailwind CSS, or Material UI.
Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development methodologies.
Basic knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) is an advantage.
