We are seeking a talented and motivated Fresh Graduate UI/UX Designer who is passionate about designing user-centric digital experiences. In this role, you will collaborate with our development team to create intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces for web and mobile applications.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with product managers and developers to understand user requirements and translate them into engaging user experiences.
- Design wireframes, prototypes, and user interfaces using tools like Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
- Conduct user research and usability testing to gather feedback and improve design solutions.
- Create design systems, style guides, and UI components for consistency across platforms.
- Stay updated with industry trends, best practices, and emerging UI/UX technologies.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, UI/UX Design, Computer Science, or a related field.
- A strong portfolio showcasing UI/UX design projects (academic or freelance).
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar software.
- Basic understanding of responsive design and user-centered design principles.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Knowledge of front-end development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus but not mandatory.
