Overview:
We are looking for a highly skilled (Business Development Specialist Freelance Platform Software Development Bidding Expert) with specialized experience in bidding for software development projects on freelance platforms. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of technology stacks and software development processes, particularly in ASP.NET MVC & Core, Laravel PHP, ReactJs, NextJs, WordPress Elementor, theme or plugin development and mobile applications using React Native and Flutter. This role requires strong knowledge of designing tools like Figma and Adobe for UI/UX, website, and mobile application design.
Responsibilities:
Freelance Bidding: Actively manage our profiles on various freelance platforms, identifying opportunities and submitting well-crafted proposals for software development projects. Focus on maximizing the success rate and ensuring high-quality client engagement.
Client Acquisition: Develop relationships with potential clients, understand their project requirements, and tailor solutions that meet their needs, using detailed knowledge of our technical capabilities.
Project Oversight: Coordinate with project managers and technical teams to ensure that client requirements are clearly communicated and met. Ensure the smooth delivery of projects by overseeing the project lifecycle from initiation to completion.
Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market research to stay updated on industry trends and maintain a competitive edge in bidding and technology advancements.
Feedback Implementation: Analyze client feedback to refine our bidding strategies and project execution, aiming for continuous improvement and client satisfaction.
Achievement of Sales Targets: Meet and strive to exceed job-specific metrics and sales targets related to freelance platform bidding and overall business development activities.
Requirements:
Professional Experience: Minimum 1-2 years of relevant experience in business development with a significant focus on bidding in freelance platforms for software development projects.
